What is Lewisham Lottery?

Lewisham Lottery is a weekly online lottery where 50p of every £1 ticket goes to community causes in the borough. It is run by Lewisham Local, in partnership with a national lottery operator, and it has raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for Lewisham community organisations since it launched.

You buy tickets online. You get a chance to win prizes up to £25,000. And every ticket you buy sends money directly to a Lewisham cause of your choice.

How it works

  1. Buy a ticket

    Tickets are £1 each, bought online. Every ticket enters you into that week’s draw.

  2. Win up to £25,000

    Weekly prizes up to £25,000, plus smaller prizes for matching some of the numbers.

  3. Support a good cause

    60p of every £1 goes to good causes. 50p goes directly to the Lewisham good cause you choose when you buy your ticket. 10p goes to the general Lewisham Lottery fund, which supports other Lewisham community work.

For community organisations

If you run a community organisation in Lewisham, you can register as a Lewisham Lottery good cause. Once registered, players can choose to support you when they buy their tickets, and 50p of every £1 they spend comes to you. Most registered organisations raise between £500 and £5,000 a year through the Lottery, with no cost to them.

Registration is free, takes about an hour, and only needs to happen once. After that, you promote your Lottery link and the money comes in.
